RELATED/DIRECT SERVICES

Direct services are provided to students in the areas of audiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychology, speech/language pathology and vision. Services provided to cooperating school districts include assessment, participation in the development of IEPs, and the provision of direct and consultative interventions.

The Direct Service Referral Form is to be used for participating district's referrals for audiology, vision, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services, and orientation and mobility.
